After which, one of the female hostages comes and plants a kiss on the cheek of one the two characters, Rad Rex or Manic Jackson, depending on whether you played 1-player or 2-player...

When you beat the game for the second time in a row, they get smooched again, but with a new "secret word"...

When you beat the game for the third time in a row, one of the female hostages gives you a secret message of thanks (but notice how she calls Manic Jackson by Rad Rex's first name, as well), and you get a third "secret word"...

After the third time, if you keep going, whenever you beat the game, you'll only get these screens...

Did you know: the three "secret words" (Spyhunter, Xenophobe, Platoon) are actually names of other NES games that SunSoft worked on? Also, if you wrote down the three words on a special order form in the instruction booklet for the game and sent it into SunSoft, you could get a special self-adhesive Freedom Force decal. Pretty cool, huh?
