The credits pass as all the boxers you've defeated congratulate you, or in a few cases, eat their words or challenge you to a rematch (Bear Hugger's message does not change if you've defeated him in under 17 seconds)...

You're offered a final dramatic screen, along with your Win-Loss record and a nice "The End".
